Dual Slalom Begins - The first few riders are out of the gate and over the first jump.  The Sea Otter Classic hosts one of the only pro level dual slalom events in the world.

Beer Run

Kyle Strait is a seasoned free ride athlete with two Red Bull Rampage wins under his belt.  His incredible 2013 run can be seen here.

Sick Mick Hannah getting ready to race the dual slalom.  It was surprisingly quiet, everyone was itching for the win.  This event is unique in that athletes of all skill levels and disciplines compete side by side, making for interesting results.

Awesome Ride, Great Job!

The night before we started riding it rained, cleaning our bikes.  Well, my bike was already clean as I hadn't ridden it yet.  We enjoyed some beers beneath a tarp until the rain subsided; it was a pretty sweet way to start the weekend.

"This water has been flowing down this mountain for millions of years.  'magine!"  -Andrew Davis (paraphrased by Jacob Francek)

The Bridges of Shreddington County (Transylvania County) or Gate to Gnarnia.  I couldn't choose a title for this one, so you get both.  You're welcome.

It was a hell of a climb to get here, but the descent was definitely worth it.  Andrews brother, Alex, joined us in riding and partying for the day.

Muddy legs, clean Jetta.

We didn't get a chance to take this, but there's always next time...

Some well deserved grease and beer after the second day of riding.  The grilled cheese is meant to be in focus, I blame the camera.

After the Black Mountain descent.  It was okay, I guess.

Jacob taking a breather.  By the 3rd day of riding, I was pretty much toast.  This guy kept us going through the climbs.

Jacob being patient with me taking too many pictures.  Ran out of film just in time.
